FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How can I check my order and delivery status?
    All orders ships within 2 business days. As soon as it ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t received a confirmation email please check your spam folder and/or email us at contact@bymoji.no.
  • How do I cancel/change an order?
    If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible via contact@bymoji.no and we will try our best to help. However, if you have already received the shipping confirmation email, we cannot cancel or change your order. We can only make changes to orders that have not already been packed and shipped.
  • What payment methods can I use?
    We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Vipps, PayPal and Klarna. Please note that payment methods are subject to change.
  • I want to place an order but the item I want is out of stock.
    Please sign up to get notified of the restock directly on the product page itself. You can select the size & colours, hit the “Notify When Available” button and enter your email address.
  • What countries do you ship to?
    We currently ship to Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Netherlands, Sweden and Germany. If your country is not listed above, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us and we will do our best to help!
  • What is the delivery cost?
    In Norway the shipping cost is 49 NOK. Otherwise, shipping costs will be shown at the checkout for shipments other countries.
  • What is the delivery time?
    All orders ships within 2 business days. After the shipping company (Posten or Bring) have received the package from us, it will take approx. 2-5 business days to deliver to your home in Norway. For shipments to other countries, the delivery time will take up to 7-14 business days.
  • Will I be charged duty/tax fees?
    For all shipments to our Norwegian customers, tax, customs and other fees will not apply as we send all our packages from Norway. For shipments to other countries outside Norway, additional taxes, import duties and custom fees are not included in the order, and the buyer are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
  • Do you accept returns?
    We accept returns on unused products in original packaging within 14 days of receiving of your items. The return process will take approx. 12-14 business days. Once your return has been processed, you will be sent a confirmation email on the return. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. To initiate a return, contact us on contact@bymoji.no. We will create a return label for you to ship your return back to us. A return shipping fee of 69 NOK will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Do you accept exchanges?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. However, you are able to return your items and place a new order.
  • How do I take care of my jewelry?
    Avoid contact with water, perfume, body lotion etc. Take off your jewelry before going to sleep, before shower and exercise. The jewelry can be cleaned with a soft cloth and stored in a jewelry pouch or box.
  • What are the sizes of the jewelry?
    Sizes are described under each product site. The standard size is 45 cm for necklaces and 17 cm for bracelets, with adjustment possibilities of approx. 5 cm. All rings are adjustable and will fit most people.
