This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from By Moji.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the website (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). In adddition, we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Subcontractors
Here is an overview of subcontractors where information can be stored.
Vipps:
If you pay with Vipps in the online store, your phone number will be sent to Vipps for further identification. In addition, information is forwarded to Quickpay, which is a payment solution that makes it possible to integrate Vipps into the checkout with Wix.
Klarna:
If you pay with Klarna in the online store, personal information such as e-mail, name, address, social security number will be shared with Klarna for credit.
PayPal:
If you pay with PayPal in the online store, personal information such as e-mail, name, address, social security number will be shared with PayPal for payment.
Google Analytics:
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visiting patterns are stored.
Posten/Bring:
We send packages with Posten/Bring and therefore, information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address are shared.
Communication through e-mail:
As a customer, you will be able to receive e-mails regarding your customer relationship. For example, we will send you e-mails related to orders you have placed, forgotten password, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as legitimate interest and consent will not be requested.
We also use e-mail for marketing and communication. As a customer you will receive newsletters at regular intervals, especially if you have given active consent to it. It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mails.
BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the website), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
DATA STORAGE
When you place an order through the website, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
